True to my character and indecisive as always, I am trying to decide if I want to buy a beach front lot in Nicaragua! As a poor, jobless, graduate student who wants to go travel for 2 months after graduation...it doesn't seem logical. However, I have a connection to an area of land being sold to the UPeace community which could very well be one of the next hot spots in real estate. Or not. I guess that's the gamble in buying. It is located in the North West of Nica in the Chinandega province and is thus far completely undeveloped apart from a nearby marina. The immediate decision is whether I spend my last solo week in CR trekking the 12 hours to get up to the land. And advice?
